Felipe and Manuel are the best! Felipe is a great supervisor, I had bad experience dealing with other people when I had issues, there were not that professional, Felipe must to train other technicians. Initially, I had an issue with water not draining in my laundry room. Felipe and Manuel came and cleared the clog, and we tested to ensure everything was working fine. POOR work. I have a DR Horton home in Silverado that used this company. The wax seal on my toilet is leaking underneath my ceramic tile. Unfortunately I’ve been in my house almost 2 years so I’ll have to fix it myself.
POOR work. I have a DR Horton home in Silverado that used this company. The wax seal on my toilet is leaking underneath my ceramic tile. Unfortunately I’ve been in my house almost 2 years so I’ll have to fix it myself.
Worst quality plumbing work I've ever seen only to be topped by horrible customer service and bad attitude. I'd avoid them at all costs.
