I was shopping for a new AC and I quoted with 3 companies. D&M Mechanical had the best price by a couple of thousands. They came to do the installation the next day in the morning. Very professional, they took care of everything, from the electrical box to the drain line. In 6 hours the new AC was working. They removed all the debris, removed the covers they used to protect the floor and vacuumed it. Will definitely use them again when I need a new unit.
Very honest and caring company. The service technicians are very polite and professional. They are up front with their pricing and offer fast service. We won't use any other AC company ever again!
My A/C decided to die and visit Valhala on the weekend, of course! My regular HVAC tech. was on vacation so I decided to check out google reviews and happened upon D&M. Lucky me. Not only did Mike answer my late night weekend text, he was at my house the following day to access the unit (which definitely had seen better days). I cannot speak to their work quality. However, after they canceled my maintenance appointment last week at the last moment so that they could install a new air conditioner for another client, which I understood, we rescheduled for 1 PM today. They never showed up, nor did they call or text. I reached out to them and they ignored my text. Not the right way to run a business.
This company and Mike are fantastic, if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Air conditioner is very old, not working a few nights ago, Mike came the very next day, was so courteous, checked everything thoroughly and I needed a new air conditioning unit and outside compressor which I figured. Him and a few guys came the very next day and I couldn't be more pleased, they were so courteous, efficient and were done quicker then I thought.
