This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. My AC unit was only 4 years old, and they replaced the compressor but wired it incorrectly, which ended up ruining two compressors. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was left without air conditioning for 9 days in the middle of July while they tried to figure out what went wrong. Mike has been servicing my AC for over 25 years and is the one I call when needing a new one. Prompt, professional and fair. Last system he installed for me broke down after 10 years. Called him and immediately came by, entire system replaced next day, on a Sunday.
