Rude and crude. I called to see how the work on my Honda engines was going but rather than telling me the schedule they got abusive and accused me of harassing the book keeper. Ultimately was told "If you don't like it you can tow the goddamn thing out of there"....then she hung up on me. So I hooked it up to my truck and took it to Strout's Wharf.
