Used D M Homeshield for many years. Always friendly, helpful and great quality of workmanship. Highly recommend.
Called the company to initially repair my roof following a leak and a temporary repair was done. It took several weeks but the workmanship seemed good. Was then advised that they could source materials for a permanent repair. Chased for weeks with little or no communication and then advised I need a new roof. Accepted this was the case after a few other firms advise and asked to provide a quote to go ahead with the work. No further communication received? Having used them in the past (to repair/install a central guttering in a townhouse in Glasgow’s West End) I turned to them after being messed about by a roofing company in Glasgow and being unable to get anybody else to even answer their phones or reply to emails (1 finally did). An actual human being answered the phone, when told how urgent the job was (water pouring in to my daughter’s flat every time it rained) they promised somebody would be there this afternoon.
