I would just like to thank DM home building my beautiful home. I had a great experience dealing with Mr. Dominic and his boys and the team. It’s an amazing builder dedicated get things done. Well once he walks out the house he’s making sure 99% will not be back to repach or redo anything needs to be done from the beginning gets job done well again would like to thank them for building my new home always recommended my second home to be built. It would be them taking care of thank you and God bless you.
We builded a house with DM Homes, and they have been the absolute BEST! Dominic worked with us through the whole process in detail! He answered all our questions, responded right away to our emails and phone calls, provided solutions for everything, made last-minute changes, and advised us to our best interest! While some aspects of our house look good, it was overall a bad experience. Delays due to the pandemic or logistic issues were expected and are not the cause of my negative review. A gas leak with our newborn after we moved in, unlevel, squeaky flooring with a large dip in our kitchen with floor boards popping up, grout falling out between tiles, cracks to drywall on walls/ceiling/near windows and peeling outdoor paint or an area that was never painted in a house just over 1 year old are my issues.
