I went to pick out new carpet and tile. Kate tried to assist us. She sounded like a robot. She has a chip on her shoulder, she made me feel inferior and not worth her time.
From selection to scheduling to installing, everything went well and seamlessly. I am so happy with how it turned out!

Can't recommend D&M enough! Karissa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while deciding what carpet to go with, Luke was very thorough measuring our rooms, and the two installers were clean, neat, and super professional. Their work was great, and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Thank you D&M, will definitely be using them again.
