My one criticism would be when you have an MOT and it's failed, the price they give you for repairs etc doesn't include the extra £48 for the MOT . So i think it's rather misleading. I was given a price of £144 for tyres over the phone ( can't remember the pence) when i mentioned the cost as in does it include the MOT price as well, the mechanic said including the MOT. I realise that could also be taken as £144 plus the cost of the MOT but it wasn't really clear. I think they should give you the actual price you have to pay ... read more
I think i may , after several years looking, have found my garage! A place i feel i can trust, and feel safe taking their advice. At last!
It's a bit early to rate properly, after one visit I am quietly confident they're good. There has to be a very high bar for garages I'm afraid as so many rip you off for very large sums of money that no one can afford. DMC feels good.
