We actually called to see how much it would be for them to diagnose the problem with our car and the mechanic that answered the phone was so hateful with my husband that we decided to go look elsewhere. He acted like we were stupid for calling and asking. After reading all the good reviews we were really optimistic about this place.

I brought my truck in on a Tuesday to have it looked at because it was shaking at highway speeds. I was told it would take a couple of days because they had other vehicles in front of it. I said by Thursday and was told yes.
