I brought my truck in on a Tuesday to have it looked at because it was shaking at highway speeds. I was told it would take a couple of days because they had other vehicles in front of it. I said by Thursday and was told yes. I called Thursday and Friday and was told it hadn't been looked at and it wasn't repaired till the following Tuesday ( 5 days later than I was initially told) causing me to have a rental vehicle way longer than if I had taken my truck to another shop.
