Carlos and Angie replaced the front wheel bearings on my Chrysler. The bearings were already starting to make grinding noises. The cost quoted was well within the price quoted in automotive manuals. We made an appointment and the vehicle was ready when promised. They explained the process. And when they were done they showed and explained to me the used bearings. Carlos also verified and adjusted the alignment of the front end and informed me of tire condition. I will be taking my car back for future work!
Amazing customer service! I'm sorry I didn't get their names but it was a man and a lady and they were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the trailer I had reserved wasn't going to work with the truck I was going to be towing it with. Fortunately for me they had a 15 foot box truck available. They canceled my trailer reservation and took care of my new reservation and I didn't have to stress about anything. Customer service that definitely requires recognition. Thanks guys you were awesome and my day went smooth!
The owner of 15 years is very rude and didn't understand what a ASE certified technician was when I called!
Carlos and Angela are one of a kind!! They were sooooooo good to my husband. When he passed away they were wonderful to me - they take excellent care of me and my sister in law!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for an HONEST mechanic and wonderful people!!
