I had a disappointing experience with this mechanic. After waiting over two weeks to have an engine light diagnostic addressed, Jake told they wouldn't even consider servicing my vehicle due to minor rust damage on the frame. I waited all this time in hopes of starting a positive relationship with a new shop, when I could have easily got an appointment else where and not neglected my vehicle for two unnecessary weeks.
