Came when it was slow and the most rushed through pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. Scrubbing nails was rough and honestly, a little painful. Barely exfoliated, and interrupted my pedicure multiple times with a phone call. The end result isn’t bad but the process getting there wasn’t enjoyable and that’s suppose to be the best part. I’d go elsewhere.
Do NOT go to this nail salon. Today, I booked a pedicure 2 hours in advance and when I got there I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to even start. But the whole time they kept saying “someone will be right with you” or “5 more minutes” until 45 minutes went by. And only when I finally got up to leave, someone came over. I’ve been coming here for about a year and used to really enjoy my visits. Unfortunately, over time the wait times have gotten worse, and more concerningly, I’ve started to question the hygiene standards. During my most recent appointment, I noticed nail clippings on the towel at my station that were not mine. This was extremely unsettling and made me question whether tools like cuticle clippers and other equipment are being properly cleaned between clients.
