Do NOT go to this nail salon. Today, I booked a pedicure 2 hours in advance and when I got there I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to even start. But the whole time they kept saying “someone will be right with you” or “5 more minutes” until 45 minutes went by. And only when I finally got up to leave, someone came over. I’ve been coming here for about a year and used to really enjoy my visits. Unfortunately, over time the wait times have gotten worse, and more concerningly, I’ve started to question the hygiene standards. During my most recent appointment, I noticed nail clippings on the towel at my station that were not mine. This was extremely unsettling and made me question whether tools like cuticle clippers and other equipment are being properly cleaned between clients. Got a dip manicure 2 days ago and they are already in rough shape. Service was fast and nails looked nice at first, but they are weak and break easily EDIT: This is the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Had to cut off all my nails lol. Don't come here
