My 4th time here, they closed at 6 today (Sunday) I came in for gelx and a pedicure I sat for over 30 minutes until after 6 feet just in lukewarm water waiting unattended to after calling and being told 5:30 would be an okay time to not need to wait, I am still the only black client and the only one who was waiting. I went to get a gel manicure & it wasn’t the best I’ve ever. I came back a few days later because two of my nails had the polish peeled off. As the technician was redoing my nails, she was using the same file on me to file her own nails as my nails curated in the uv lamp. I wish I spoke up at the time, but I wanted to just get out of there. Really disappointed
Been coming here for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. They can be inconsistent at times with quality but always reliable and quick.
Nails started chipping the day after I got them done, called for a refund and after sending pictures of my broken nails refused.
