My appointment started about 30 minutes late with Dominique, and another client was also waiting shortly after I arrived. Unfortunately, the delay was never acknowledged, and my brows ended up thinner than I requested, which left me feeling anxious about the result. She later agreed to a complimentary stain and asked me to come back 2 hours later, but when I returned she did not show up. I appreciated the friendliness, but I ultimately left disappointed with the overall experience.
