Poor communication and lack of accountability. In May 2025, my car was stolen. D Land avoided my request to review the camera footage. Nine months later, my replacement vehicle was vandalized. When I reported the incident to the property manager, they admitted to intentionally disabling the power to the gate. Residents were not notified of this. Their negligence gave the opportunity for someone to vandalize my car. They now refuse to answer me and the police.
