Leo is awesome! I called because my Nest was coming up with an error code. He quickly gave me some tips and gave me practical advice on how to switch out a simple fuse on my mother board. The fix was $10 dollars to do it on my own, he could have easily taken advantage and charged me hundreds of dollars. I will definitely be calling back for Maintainance should anything arise.
