Tried to get an inspection done and they forgot my appointment at 4pm. So I called Denise and they said Dale would come right way. 30min later still no show. Called back to make sure he didn't get lost and Denise got huffy and said I was being rude. She said she would just tell him not to come and hung up on me. My mother called back and tried to explain and Denise called her a b****. Dale arrived 45min late and said he can't account for what his wife says.
Was a little late getting in the permit but he did his job he did what I paid him to do and all besides the timing everything was great does a good job
