They did the job correctly and fast. We needed a gas connection to our new furance. We already had gas running into our basement, and a flex line that was available to route to the furnace. The prices we were receiving were rediculous. Their price was fair and service was excellent.
Their service technician had both the knowledge and tools to fix a commercial tankless water heater in the house. No guessing, no hours of diagnostics, just results. Two previous companies did not have the expertise to fix the issue and left me with nothing but frustration. D. L. Jones was recommended by the manufacturer and I’m glad I called. Saving this company’s contact for any future needs.
D.L. Jones Plumbing was phenomenal!!!! It took 2 days I think to get them to come out and fix out disposal, which needed to be replaced and he diagnosed the issue very quickly and spent less than an hr from arrival to completion!!!!!! Now my neighbors need same disposal and I'm 100% recommending then to D.L. Jones!!!! The price was very reasonable, but with the service received I have no complaints!!!! Call Crystal, and they got you covered!!!
