Worst experience of my life. The girl Lisa botched my hair, gave me chemical burns and was extremely confrontational. Diane the owner was also argumentative and confrontational when I complained. They refused to fix my hair when I complained. It wasn't until I went back to complain that Lisa bleached my clothing and how she was not responsible. Only then she offered to do my hair by putting an ash dye over my hair of a million colors and expected me to pay her $25 for the products after being forced to pay almost $200. They ... read more
