Our True prep table is not working properly, Dan and his team are awesome, they came in and got everything up and running. Very fast and reliable service, very reasonable price. I highly recommended for all walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, prep tables.
Can anyone please help me get in touch with the owner or a manager in this company ? Or better yet, can you send someone to fix my fridge and finish repairing the freezer since April 22nd and today is June 08th I have tried to get in contact with someone for weeks and have not been successful. Furthermore, today was a no show for the repair technician without without so much as a phone call... I also have a business to run and need my food storage equipment to be fixed. This is horrendous customer service.
