Cat and Travis were the two individuals I had contact with. Cat worked with me on getting my oil leak fixed. Travis was encountered on Friday night when I picked my vehicle up. Cat had told me to take it to a car wash to get the extra oil off my car. Travis called me while I was at the car wash and told me to bring the vehicle back in and he would put it up on the lift and make sure it wasn’t still leaking oil.
