THEY WILL INCESSANTLY HARASS YOU!!! We have asked to be removed from the list so many times but continue to receive calls every day. What part of “we are not interested” is not understood? When someone asks to stop being contacted, STOP CONTACTING!

Our company has used DL Gallivan for 10 years. Upon expiration of first 5 year lease they changed out the machines and we had another 5 year term. Service throughout the 10 years was good and we had no issues. Upon completion of our second term we informed them that we would not be renewing. This time we are being asked to pay a final fee although we have completed the 60 payments and we are being asked to ship the machine back to the lessor at our expense. This company keeps calling over and over, and over again, and does not leave any messages. My phone log shows they have called numerous times over the past couple of weeks. I have already told a sales person from this company that we are only 2 years into a 5 year lease for our business machines, yet the never ending calls persist. At this point, I wouldn't do business with DL Gallivan Office Solutions even if I was ready to start a new office machine lease or purchase.
