I am not sure who called our company, but I told them we weren’t interested in your service, and they proceeded to call back 6 times in a row as if they were trying to prank call us and waste our time. I was surprised at how unprofessional your salespeople are. If you are looking for a respectable managed print service, I would stay away from this company and work with someone like Applied Innovation out of Grand Rapids.
We have been renting copiers and having the toner and maintenance done through D L Gallivan for approximately 10 years. I currently have 3 copiers for three different offices. Tony has been very thorough and honest with his sales process. The office has been good to help us with the contectity and function of the kyocera machines. I only have good to say about their customer service and the way they do business.
