Said they were coming to fix the drain to the street….for 8 1/2 months. Why not just say you don’t want to do it? That seems more fair than making up excuses.
I've had to call D & L Drain Services out to my house twice when the drains in my basement backed up. Once in the summer of 2024 and again recently on a Saturday in January or February when we had incredibly cold weather for weeks. Both times they've been pleasant to deal with and did a good job. The guys explain what they're doing and why, don't rush, and try to make sure they're taking care of the problem. I like dealing with them, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Very professional. Would 100% recommend this company.
They came out within an hour of calling them and fixed my issue quickly. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
D&L was very responsive and got my drain open within a few hours of my call. The same drain clogged again the next day and they came back and cleared it again quickly. Very nice to work with and I highly recommend them. Best plumber/drain service I’ve ever used in Ohio or Indiana. Thanks for doing a great job and providing top quality service.
