A huge shout-out to Gail with D&L Chandler Glassworks. I contacted them yesterday to help me with my shower sliding doors. One of them exploded while I was asleep, without even touching it. After I cleaned up the mess in the morning, I saw that the remaining door cannot be moved, because there was debris in the rails, which I could not reach with my vacuum. The office folks are amazing (Gail and Kelly) and super helpful, always providing outstanding customer care. The technicians are professional and are true "window whisperers" who have come across almost everything, so they know how to fix almost everything. I couldn't be more pleased with the care they took and how they managed to put my sliding glass door back together when movers carelessly knocked the handle off and pushed the frame out of square. These folks are great! I reached out for an oval-cut glass top for our dining table, and they responded quickly and were able to meet my desired delivery date, even during the holidays. Several other shops I contacted couldn’t work with our timeline, I think due to the custom oval shape and the fact that they use outside cutters. D&L Chandler Glassworks can cut glass in-house, which made all the difference. They also offered one of the most reasonable quotes I received. Highly recommend D&L Chandler Glassworks!
Way more reasonable pricing for a simple piece of laminated flat glass than other shops. I took in the old piece and they cut it right there in 10 minutes.
