They tried to get me to leave my car with them to charge me $150 at their convenience to diagnose a specific problem that I diagnosed at home in 5 minutes. I already had a full diagnostic service last week. So for me to leave my rig so at your convenience you can provide me a non labor intensive service that I'm not even asking for at full service rate is just screwing me over hard. Besides, vanderwals garage said you guys failed to diagnose a faulty pitman arm in 2022.
$120 to "diagnosis" an error code I'd already told them about when I dropped the truck off. Then D&L "mechanic" suggested changing the O2 sensors ... I had stated on the phone when I arranged to drop the truck off that the O2 sensors had already been changed and it didn't fix the problem.
