I was recommended this shop by a coworker and couldn’t have had a better experience. Herby made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The process was smooth from start to finish - communication over the phone was clear, they took my car in right away, and Herby brought me over while they were working to show and describe explicitly what they were doing to my car. After inspecting the work performed by this shop, I found multiple serious and unacceptable issues that raise major concerns about their professionalism and integrity. 1. The oil drain plug was sealed with RTV/gasket maker instead of being properly repaired. This strongly suggests stripped threads or damage that was never disclosed. A drain plug should NEVER depend on sealant. This is a temporary patch that risks oil loss and catastrophic engine damage. 2. Spent 598.81 yesterday on my brakes because it felt like my brakes were to the floor and to stop it was delayed and I had to literally push my pedal to the floor , why I spent tha amount of money just for me to get my car and it still fell the same !! The showed me the hose was broken an my rear bad and router was gone but the fixed it and my brakes Still feel th exact same ! Someone said they didn’t bleed my brakes ? Idk but I really need help ! Please someone help ? I just don’t wanna get in an accident !
