Herby was amazing, I was on my way to an appointment when I parked my car and realized my window would not go up, I saw their shop and brought my car in. At first they told me it would take about three hours to fix, I told them I do not have three hours I am here for another appointment, then I have to get back so my daughter can go to work, not only did they fix it under three hours, they provided the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Thank you so much! I highly recommend going to their shop!
Herbie did a bunch of work on my Subaru, he took me last minute on several occasions. Was always super friendly and helpful on the phone, and clearly wants the best for his customers — would strongly recommend these guys.
I can’t see enough about D And L automotive… Great service and great people… Reasonable prices… Great communication… And so helpful in an emergency situation! I’ve used them for general repair and most recently for a small accident.
Dangerous. I had a front-wheel alignment done at this auto shop. It turned out that they stripped the ball joint control arm bolt while adjusting the wheel camber. When I returned to address the issue, they refused to inspect it and simply sent me to the official dealer. It’s clear why they did that: they know they stripped the bolt along with the nut and realize it’s now a difficult and expensive fix. I do not recommend this auto shop.
I had a terrible experience here a while ago. I called to schedule an inspection for my car and the woman on the phone said "Can you come in in 5 hours" so I clarified what time she meant and asked "I should come in at 2?" And thought that she replied "Come in at 10" so I specified again "Should I come in at 10 or 2?" and again thought that she said to come in at 10. I could be mistaken.
