We have been on a waiting list for silkie chicks for 6 months. We have called and stopped by multiple times to check status and were told repeatedly that the birds have not arrived. Today I stopped by to check status of the birds and they actually have came in. But then the lady at the counter informs me that the birds have already been promised to people who have been on the waiting list for 3 months. Baby chick availability this year has been extremely limited making it hard to manage, but we still should have done much better.
