Had an urgent issue arise last week and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Provided excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Non existent service. Had a water leak on Sunday morning. Warranty company put a work order in that morning but nothing heard. Texted their emergency number at 2pm indicating a plumbing emergency. Text was read at 3pm and never replied to. Went with A1 plumbing instead and received prompt and excellent service. Very disappointed with Koets.
Koets Plumbing was very efficient in correcting the leaking pipe I had. They managed to squeeze me in to have their employee's come the day after I called. They had all the tools on hand in their truck to fix the pipe, they are a professional company to deal with, at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing or heating needs!
