We had a house fire. The service has been terrible. Our paperwork indicated to launder our items in free/clear. They admitted they did not. They forgot items in all three deliveries. Wanted us to sign off that we had received all items, but we have numerous items missing. They billed items incorrectly. Refuse to answer questions when you call or email. Blame the amazon cloud for losing items. Was promised great service, received shoddy service. Seems like they are scamming insurance companies for more money. I had tshirts us... read more
