Took my watch for a new pin for the band and cracked crystal ( the glass covering the watch). Quoted a repair in 3 days, took more than 30. I understand that he had to order the crystal, but communication would have been nice. Instead I had to call him after a couple weeks and eventually just showed up at the store to learn he broke a seal and needed to find a replacement. No call or text, no communication at all. D&K is the place to go for your jewelry repair needs. I have used them over the years and found them to be friendly, honest, and affordable. They have fixed broken chains, necklace clasps, re-soldered silver, rebuilt broken/missing stones… I like that they offer options depending on your needs and price range. I recently brought my sister to D&K after our mom passed and we wanted some rings resized. She also needed a ring rebuilt after it was cut off in the emergency room. They did a great job!
