Gerald has visited our home twice in recent months to address a couple of issues related to a newly-installed tankless water heater. The second issue that he solved was not at all a common one, but he figured it out and explained it to us clearly. We were impressed by his knowledge, courtesy and consideration and would be happy for him to return to address any other problems that might come up. We felt we were in good hands with him.
