My furnace blower was not blowing the cold air from the air conditioner through the house. Technician Alton came and assessed the problem but did not have the part needed with him. Also had another call to make. He did arrange for technician Justin to pick up the part and finish the job. Both technicians were professional and explained everything fully. I would give them both a 10 out of 10 rating.

The AC was fixed and that was fine. I did not appreciate wanting a quote but having work done without our permission. Also, the technician disconnected and turned off our furnace (when we didn’t call for a furnace issue). He then said our furnace was not safe to run. We later had another technician come by from another company to double check the work from Enercare and to see if our furnace was in good working order with no C02 leaking, and they deemed our furnace was fine, safe and in good working order.
