Patrick was very courteous and took the time to explain the servicing details. He was very thorough in answering my questions and giving advice on operating the airconditioning system.
Made an appointment and they couldn’t get to me until the following week. Called back to cancel and the call centre or whatever they use now put me through to someone who barely spoke English, said she couldn’t help me because the postal code I provided didn’t match the address or something, then hung up on me. Customer service with DK is horrible. They’ve outsourced booking with somewhere in Ottawa. No longer a local business. Avoid them.
