Got roped into a one year contract with this company after a representative straight up lied to me. I originally called to book a routine fireplace matinence. I was informed they were busy and not able to get me an appointment right away. So the rep proceeded to sell me this fireplace protection plan. It will include free matinence. I said no, I just want to pay the price for the matinence. He starts getting pushy, telling me what a better deal it is. Etc etc. he says I can get the matinence for free and then cancel anytime.... read more
