I had a great experience bringing our brand new AMG GTR in for an oil extract. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They treated our car with great care, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back in the future!
My Dodge grand caravan ran hot while I was on the interstate. I found DK Hardee to be 1 1/2 miles away. They seem to be extremely busy, but took me right in to diagnose a faulty thermostat. It was replaced and we were back on the road within 4 hours. Could not have been a better experience. I talked to so many people in the waiting room that said DK Hardee does all their repair work.
We had an issue with getting the correct part to address the diagnostic codes, but after dropping the gas tank and seeing the part that needed to be replaced we were able to get the part needed from a Cadillac dealer in Hickory who dropped it to a Chevy dealer in Wilkesboro. I was familiar with the Chevy dealer so I picked up the part and brought it to DK Hardee and they finished the job and stuck to their original labor estimate.
Stopped by with a nail in my tire. They fixed it up and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and polite. I trust them to do a great job no matter the issue with my car.
I got the car inspected. I received quick and friendly service.
