Great customer service and a very reliable shop! They get the job done and are honest and straight forward without giving you the run around.
Let's start with the fact that they had my S6 for over a YEAR. It was returned in a non functioning condition. Now Let's talk about the TOTALLY DESTROYING MY transmission. Mike from Triangle European called ne this morning to inform that the transmission pan was fun of metal and plastic. After an incident with our church vehicle, the claims agent contacted Curtis, at which point he completely changed his initial inspection report. Instead of conducting an objective assessment, he altered his findings to align with a predetermined narrative without considering the factual background of the situation.
