They are a rip off. Charge you more money on top of your original shipping price or they hold your item hostage. Horrible customer service. Use them if you want to lose money.
Terrible driver in the white Volvo! Cut me off all because driver was on the phone. I had 40,000 Lbs of cargo. Could have been a really bad accident.
They rip you off, charge a higher price when you're not there to dispute it. I have a written contract with the broker and the driver demanded an extra $400.00 upon delivery on top of my balance due. I was in California my car in Massachusetts. I get a phone call at 4am from my frantic friend. Thank God she put up the other 400.00 they were going to keep my car.
