This company is amazing. My wife and I got home after being out of town for a couple weeks and found around 6am that our car wouldn't start. We called and even though it was before sunrise on a Sunday Dan came out within the hour to look at our vehicle. He was extremely communicative and walked me through everything that he was finding. My vehicle had trouble starting at 645pm today so I called D&K Automotive cause it was close to my house. Dan was able to come to my place and give diagnostic at 845pm. That's what I call speedy service. I know nothing about cars and Dan made it so easy to understand what my options were. He recommended things that should get fixed now and later depending on how much I wanted to put into my vehicle. I surely would recommend using this service to all my friends. Dan was very kind and honest and was quick with work told all it need was new cable leads and a alternator
I’ll tell you guys one thing about this place, Dan is the man! I called him out to troubleshoot my F150 and he went through that thing meticulously. It’s not everyday you see a master at their craft at work. On top of this knowledge and expertise his customer service was incredible. From diagnosing my issue, towing my truck when I wasn’t home, and to getting it back to me that same day. It was easy and I felt taken care of which is rare anymore. My business has been earned through and through! Thanks Dan, you rock!
