This shop is always my go to. However today I had an emergency and had to go to the closest shop near me who proceeded to completely misdiagnose my vehicle and told me I needed a specialists. I was then able to limp my car to my trusted folks at D&k who knew what the actual problem was within five mins and could fix it vs those other guys. The people at D&k go above and beyond everytime and never disappoint. Great service and great people. Definitely know what they are doing and it shows they genuinely care about people.
Left it there for 4 days including weekend, didn't move from parking spot. No call, no diagnostic. Said Cancer patient that needs their car for treatment comes first. OK. Treat your shop fairly everyone has life events.
They are on it like white on rice. Have always got me my truck back when they said they would, at the quickest they could. definitely the only shop I’ve delt with that I would recommend taking stuff too.
Well the customer service is awesome. The the technician are very skilled and knowledgeable. They are able to work on any type of automobile. They put a new engine in my 98 jeep Cherokee that looks as i bought the truck new. And Lauren who take care of the whole operation is very friendly and easy to talk with. They are honest and they are Christian based. When I met them they are roman 10 9 and 10. I will not use anybody else.
