Waited 5 hours past the ETA for towing service. Then called and found out they would “be here in 30 minutes”. waited another 2 hours and called again. Super disrespectful over the phone and said they have no record of a request submitted even though i provided proof of my request. He then hung up on me and when i called back he claimed I talked too much and doesn’t have time for me. If you’re the owner of this Auto shop, you need better employees. Engine lost compression on an exit ramp. State Farm dispatched this company. After being paid they tried to Strong Arm insurance for $700 because they were picking up a Mazda RX8. Had to wait 3 hours and then dispatched someone else. Should have all business licenses stripped and banned. AVOID.

My insurance contacted them at 6:30pm to come get me for a flat tire. It’s now 11:37pm and I’m still in my car being told they are 30 mins away.

They were called by my daughter in laws insurance company. Her car died and she had 2 children in the car in a 90 degree day. They never showed, never called this was paid for up front. When you called them there was no answer and mail box was full. She waited 3 hrs and could not reach anyone. This business is very unprofessional, the insurance company has filed a report against them. Do not use them, dont trust them.
