Absolutely rude and horrific customer service. I called this company up inquiring about rates and telling them I can give them some work. I’ve been in business in this area for 16 years and reached out to them asking if they can do a tow. They mistook me for somebody else and abruptly hung up on me. I called back explained that I was not that person and that they had the opportunity to gain a lot of business as I have 20 vehicles in the area.
