My 80 year old father bought 4 new tires less than 6 months ago, got a flat while by himself yesterday, took it today and said yep found a nail in it, but you drove on it ( about 1/2 mi til he could pull over safely) so therefore not replacing it as there was a slash in it?? Oh also they have nor records of purchase as they claim they do not keep records?????? Will see if owner returns my call, doubtful, but hoping they make this right.
