We were traveling on when a truck threw a rock into our windshield, causing a big pit. Looked online and DJs was the closest to us. They got us right in, fixed us up and got us in our way in a short time. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Heard good things about this establishment and have used them in the past and it was great. Now, took two cars in on the same day, one for tint and one for a windshield. Dropped them both off at 8am, the RUDE receptionists continued to tell us for 7+ hours they will be done in a "while". At pick up, I politely asked about the car with tint, she rudely repeated how we called several times and gave the exact same answer we'd received all day. Very unpleasant experience with the gals at the front especially.
Couldn't be happier. The gentleman were very professional, the ladies in the office, so kind. After having multiple issues with 2 other major garage door retailers in GR (for months) refusing to come to their own appointments, or even call me back, I found that djs will install doors too! They have always taken care of my trucks, now they will always take care of my doors. Thanks again for such a painless transaction
Great windshield install. The Windshield in my jeep had shattered the staff at DJs took the extra time to cleanup including heater vents wtc. Will use again.. Thanks
You know I've used these guys forever. But this time, the front office lady was rude and completely unprofessional. I didn't deserve to be treated that way because of the question I had. I understand everyone has off days, but when I visited the shoo before that, some people were rude and unprofessional. She talked to clients like she is better than us.
