The $12 premium wash doesn’t even get bird poop off of your car Edit 2-22-25 Decided to give this place another shot, they didn’t salt the exit so my car got stuck. Called the help number and the person on the phone was rude and acted like it was my fault. I tried reversing and gunning the gas several times, but when you have FWD and your tires have just been washed with water it made my tires spin trying to leave. Purchased the Deluxe Wash for the undercarriage cleaning and under performed. Better off doing it manually if that’s specifically what you’re looking for.
Got charged $25 for one of the self wash car bays?? Can't get a hold of anyone to figure out why? It's one charge , of $25....so it's not like I swiped multiple times.
I tried to do a quick car wash at this business recently. I dropped 12 quarters in the slot and.....nothing. I could not get my money back. I recall the same thing happening earlier in the year. On one other occasion, I had no such problems and was able to wash my car. There was no phone number posted to remedy this, but there is a sign giving instructions in case of just such an event.
