Brought my car here for a second opinion after another shop in town told me I needed a whole new transmission. Jacob diagnosed the issue I was having and told me my transmission was just fine. I will definitely be bringing my service here going forward.
I was storm chasing in central Illinois on Friday March 14th, 2025. My alternator suddenly went bad leading to a very high charge on the battery. They quickly diagnosed the bad alternator and replaced it within an hour and a half. Thank you to these fine people who helped us get back on the road to catch some storms! My Toyota still runs like a clock and I made it back to Oshkosh Wisconsin after a 6 hour drive.
