We have been doing business with DJ repair for years. Communication needs some work. I took my car in to get work done. Dropped it off on a Sunday (did not have an appointment) due to car not running at all. Talked to mechanic everthing seemed fine. Tuesday car was still not in...they were closed on Wed due to holiday. So I called asking when car might get in...they said there was only 1 mechanic that day so it would not get in until thursday or friday.
