I have been going to D&J Paton Bros for my DIY backyard projects for a few years now and have ordered mulch, HPB, chip and dust, and flagstone. Their customer service is top-notch (shoutout to the woman at the front desk too), they are friendly, and delivery service goes above and beyond. You can have items loaded into your pickup, a large 1 yard bag filled and loaded into your truck, buy smaller clear bags of product, have it delivered... lots of options for whatever fits your needs. Best prices in town to boot!
