Dan was great. Within 24 hours he was round to review my broken boiler and got it working again despite there being a faulty part. Returned promptly at my convenience to carry out fully service and replace faulty part. Also noted an issue with my gas supply and called Cadent on my behalf to come round and rectify within an hour. Even followed up with me to make sure I’d got sorted ok. Fantastic, reliable service. I will definitely use again.

Dan (and Joe) has just replaced our old boiler. He has done a wonderful job. The water is now hotter and the radiators, that he spent a day flushing out, are much warmer. Everything was done to a very high standard and no mess at all. He is conscientious and extremely thorough. He kept us very well informed at every stage and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have used Dan for plumbing and gas work for a few years now, replacing taps, replacing radiator valves, searching for leaks, correcting (several) bodge-ups made by previous plumbers, a full combi boiler replacement, and now the annual service. He has always been helpful, friendly and professional, arriving when he says he will arrive, explaining what is needed and why (in terms that a layperson can understand without being patronising) and leaving everything clean and tidy. Dan and his team have worked for me for over 15 years. Installing a new boiler, moving radiators, installing a water softener and servicing our boiler every year. They are a pleasure to have working in our property and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable heating & plumbing company.
