I have used them before. This time I was looking for shutters. I wasn't shown any samples of the shutters nor borders. Everything was chosen for me and I didnt like that. At least show me what you chose. I went with another vendor for a few thousand more and got WOOD shutters.
I've known Debbie for 16 yrs now. Her knowledge is what's helpful. She is very organized and does a great job of listening to your needs. Has great ideas you don't think of.
