This place on 23rd is going downhill so fast. No attendance, no one there to clean the dryers filters, and recently, no hot water either in the sink located inside store nor in the washers. I used washers #28 and29 , there was not even enough cold water to do my load. I had to add water into washer to do one load. I have sent text messages to the number posted on the wall for complaints, but no body returned my text yet. I demanded my $4.50 . I hate to be robbed by DJ Laundry. Very pleasant experience. It was clean. Everything seemed to work. The prices are on the low side of average (which was fabulous!) The other people inside seemed nice, or at least cordial. It is small, so I could see it being hard for a claustrophobic person during busy times, but it is spaced well for what they have. I highly recommend it. One note of caution: the curb from the street to the lot is steep! Pull in slowly if you don't have a good clearance height.
The night worker is very rude and yelled at me and my husband
Machines are often dirty ,when they work,that is ! The attendant is rude ! The reason for the 1 star is they provide shelter for a homeless man !!
This place is a hit or miss, toss of the coin, maybe maybe not laundry. The machines are questionable. Some don't fill with water, some don't spin, most dryers don't work. I have given chance after chance to see if they would fix anything, but to no avail. Just today another machine did not fill with water. I am done! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! GO TO THE COMPETITION ASAP! THEY REFUSE TO MAINTAIN THE MACHINES, BUT CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IMMEDIATELY! Update: The machine still take your money ... read more
