John and Charles have been battling a yellowjacket issue I developed this year. They have been courteous and prompt each of the times they have come out doing follow up. Charles did 2 of those visits. He spent the time downstairs to finally see what the issue was. I had 3 nests outside low on the house which were dusted and I sealed them up after they died down. If zero was an option, I would pick it. they gave an estimate but then said they would be here at 2:30. It’s now 5 o’clock and they ain’t getting here then when you call no one wants to pick up. Bad Business
I called at 10 am Monday November 6,2023. Nobody called me back. It is now 9pm
DJ Bugaway is always efficient and completely takes care of the issue! We have used them several times at our home over the years and are always very thankful for their service.
Take their time with you an your issues. Had those pesky little ants an 1 treatment pretty much took care of them. They came back an baited with a different product an been ant free since. Also had 2 different locations of yellow jackets. Anb1 time treating them. No more yellow jackets to worry about. Reasonably priced an helpful. DJ Bug away is the way to go. Thanks guys.
