Excellent service!! Although it’s not a NYS requirement, my insurance requires photo inspections. I showed up for my CARCO inspection about 20 minutes early and the gentleman who did my inspection had it done before my scheduled appointment time, in under 10 mins! Didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and efficient. It’s quite the drive from Olean but the service is so worth it, I’ll be back, thank you! :)
Around 2006 or 2007, they towed my 1973 Super Beetle after someone crashed into me, and while they had it, one of their employees stole it. They avoided me and my calls for months, and I finally found out that one of their employees had stolen my car for its very expensive custom engine, which he then installed into his wife's car. Expensive towing, late pickup
Around 2006 or 2007, they towed my 1973 Super Beetle after someone crashed into me, and while they had it, one of their employees stole it. They avoided me and my calls for months, and I finally found out that one of their employees had stolen my car for its very expensive custom engine, which he then installed into his wife's car. They lied about it, and never offered me any compensation whatsoever. They got away with stealing from me, but you don't have to let them steal from you.
