D&J Appliance Repair is the best repair company I've ever used. Our repair person came when he said he would, was polite and professional. He thought (as did we) that we needed a part replaced. He came back with a new part that, wasn't working at all so he put it back together with the old one. Apparently something was just loose because it worked fine after that so he refunded the extra charge for the part right away. How honest is that!
