Supposed to have come for Lowes. Said he'd be here between 12 and 4. At 3:30 hadn't showed or called. Found out he refused work order. Don't let him screw you over! Now I have to wait a week for another repairman.
He was on time, but didnt seem to know at all what he was doing woth our dishwasher. We had trouble with it heating up and cleaning the dishes. My wife was home as i was at work, he was there about 5 minutes and told her the water was too cold only 80 degrees and that our waterheater was bad to as ehich couldnt be true as the faucet right beside the washer was steaming hot . He opened the dishwasher 2 times and took 2 different reading and just said it was water heater issues and when i asked how or why over the phone he hun... read more

Came out and "diagnosed" my fridge issues. Told me he would call me that day if he could get the parts. Called me 24 hrs later. I did more troubleshooting after he left and came up with a different diagnosis. Had the right part on order before he called back. Paid $55 him for me to figure out what was wrong. He was friendly, but if he didn't know what he was doing, he should have said so.
