I took a bus from a different location in The Bronx area And service was friendly and felt comfortable ,
I asked the owner iris if she can do a specific hair color and style for me with minor changes and she left me looking horrible.
10 minute haircut for 55$ . Very disappointed with how uneven it turned out. This lady was very rude when I was trying to ask for her to fix it. Being very dismissive and the other manager helped me make it look more even but it was still a lot shorter than expected. Definitely ruined my hair and did not offer to apologize or any discount.
